Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SauceStack platform operated by SauceStack Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

SauceStack provides a unified business platform comprising multiple integrated applications ("Apps") designed to help teams manage their work more effectively. Our platform includes tools for team management, documentation, ticketing, forms, workflows, and more.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Billing

Some aspects of the service are provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), depending on your selected subscription plan.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice.

4.3 Refunds

4.4 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or store on our platform ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

5.2 Licence

By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Infringes any intellectual property rights
  • Contains viruses or malicious code
  • Violates the privacy of others
  • Is fraudulent or deceptive

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated means to access the service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorisation
  • Impersonate another person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SauceStack Ltd. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

8.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, we will provide you with access to export your User Content for a period of 30 days. After this period, your data may be deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SauceStack Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
